2cm piece ginger
2cm piece turmeric
2 stalks lemon grass

   1. Dry-fry the chicken pieces till golden brown. Set aside.

<p><strong>Method :</strong></p>
<p>   1. Dry-fry the chicken pieces till golden brown. Set aside.<br />
   2. Heat the oil. Stir-fry the ground ingredients and tamarind juice for 2 minutes. Then add the seasonings.<br />
   3. Add in the cooked chicken and coconut. Mix well. Stir over low heat till really crispy and brownish in colour.<br />
   4. Serve with rice or lontong (compressed rice)</p>
