<p><strong>Method :</strong></p>
<p>   1. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes, ground ingredients, celery, black pepper, coriander and seasonings well.<br />
   2. Shape into small balls then flatten slightly. Roll in flour. Then dip in the egg.<br />
   3. Heat oil for deep-frying. Fry the patties in batches till golden brown.<br />
   4. Serve with rice or as a satisfying snack.</p>
