Thinly sliced ingredients :
4 long beans
1 medium cucumber (seeded)
1 stalk ginger flower/ bunga kantan
1 stalk lemon grass
15g polygonum leaves
10 cili padi / bird chillies
1 medium carrot

Ground Ingredients :
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2cm piece ginger
2cm piece dried shrimp paste

<p><strong>Method :</strong></p>
<p>   1. Heat ghee, then stir-fry the ground ingredients and seasonings till fragrant.<br />
   2. Stir in the rice. Then add in all the thinly sliced ingredients.<br />
   3. Mix well.<br />
   4. Lastly, put in the fried beef. Let the flavors mingle before serving.</p>
