1/2kg prawns

2cm piece galangal
2cm piece dried shrimp paste (fried)

   1. Combine coconut, ground ingredients, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

<p><strong>Method :</strong></p>
<p>   1. Combine coconut, ground ingredients, sugar and salt in a large bowl.<br />
   2. Mix in the prawns, red chillies and green chillies. Stir well.<br />
   3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture on a banana leaf. Then wrap up by bringing the two ends together. Secure neatly with the lidi.<br />
   4. Arrange in a steamer and steam for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat, then serve with rice.</p>
