<p>700g chicken breast<br />
4 dried chillies<br />
5 tablespoons honey<br />
1 teaspoon lime juice<br />
1 teaspoon ground black pepper<br />
10 pandan leaves<br />
salt to taste<br />

<p><strong>Ground ingredients :</strong><br />

3 tablespoons coriander seeds</p>
<p><strong>Method :</strong></p>
<p>   1. In a covered dish, put the chicken, ground ingredients, black pepper, salt and lime juice. Mix well then marinate in a refrigerator overnight.<br />
   2. Rub ghee all over the chicken, then wrap it with pandan leaves. Tuck in the ends to tidy it. Grill or roast till the chicken is cooked.<br />
   3. Unwrap the leaves, then rub the chicken with honey. Arrange on a serving platter.</p>
